We craft all of our beers using high quality standards and a strict control process. Our unique deglutenization method uses an enzyme to reduce gluten to its lowest possible concentration, less than 0.000001 (10 ppm). This gluten content is officially recognized by an R5 competitive ELISA gluten test conducted by an independent laboratory to guaranty quality and accurate results.
Thanks to our traceability system, we can also match the analysis certificate to each product via a batch number clearly indicated on the bottom of the cans. Enter the brewing date to check the gluten content of each Olten beer you drink.
